Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative, your main mission is to promote and sell the benefits of working with Ernst Alexis as a partner to our customers.

You will drive sales of Ernst Alexis' strong product range. You will have a strong focus on new customer development but of course also develop contact with existing customers.

Customers are in the retail sector with a primary focus on the profile sector, this also includes the processing of our larger central customers. You will work independently on all aspects of the sales process and be responsible for achieving your targets and budget.

Your main tasks are:

  • Develop and drive sales through active processing via face-to-face meetings and drive digital meetings forward.
  • Sell in promotions and news.
  • Increase business through outreach.
  • Actively work on updating and documenting in the CRM system.
  • Train dealers in our products.
  • Responsible for and analysing sales results.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities together with the organisation.
  • Process and develop end users.
  • Weekly reporting is done to the CEO.

Your profile:

  • You have negotiation skills and experience in outreach sales. Passion and drive are a must.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and good knowledge of English. Other language skills may be an advantage.
  • A good knowledge of the Office package is required. Knowledge of the business system Pyramid would be an advantage.
  • You have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably from the industry or a related sector.
