To make the process as simple and smooth as possible for you as a reseller, we can help adapt the procurement requirements to our product range, so that you can quickly and efficiently present competitive solutions to your customers. Our goal is to be a reliable partner that not only delivers products, but also offers strategic support throughout the procurement process.

We understand that matching the right products to the requirements specifications set out in a tender is a comprehensive and time-consuming task. That is why we offer a service where we take care of this step for you. All you need to do is send us your product list, and we will get back to you with recommendations on which products from our range best meet the requirements. This saves you time, reduces the risk of errors, and allows you to focus on creating value for your customers.

If one or more products are missing from our standard range, we can customize and manufacture products to meet the requirements specified in the tender. Together with you as a retailer, we review your needs, develop and adjust the garments to ensure that they are optimal in terms of function, quality, and design, giving you the best possible chance of winning the tender.

Our process involves taking overall responsibility from concept to finished product proposal, making it easy for you to deliver tailor-made solutions to your customers without compromising on quality or delivery time. This allows us to quickly and efficiently ensure that your product range is always customized, competitive, and complete.

Refinement for procurements with tailor-made concepts that strengthen your offering

Through our special production and finishing department, we can develop tailor-made concepts that make your product range complete and competitive in procurement contexts. Each garment can be refined and adapted to communicate your brand and meet the requirements set out in the procurement process. With complete creative freedom, we can create specially designed shirts, sweaters, workwear, or other garments where the color choices, materials, contrasts, seams, buttons, and fit are fully customized to the specifications. The result is not just garments, but well-thought-out and professional solutions that strengthen the whole and make the team both uniform and stylish.

Since our factories are based in Europe, we can offer short and efficient lead times. For special production, the delivery time is usually 6–8 weeks, depending on the type of product and the extent of customization from existing models. We can also produce garments in very small volumes, starting from around 100 pieces, which makes it possible to meet procurement requirements even for smaller series.

Our in-house finishing department handles the entire process from idea to finished garment. With embroidery machines, transfer presses, and a fully equipped sewing department, we can profile and finish products according to procurement specifications, with short lead times and in small volumes. Through printing, embroidery, and tailored sewing details, we create garments that are personal, functional, and unique. Whether you want a discreet logo, contrasting details, or exclusive embroidery, we ensure that the end result meets both your and the procurement requirements down to the smallest detail.

In our sewing department, we perform a variety of fitting and detailing work to ensure that each garment fits perfectly and is of the highest quality. We can shorten or lengthen sleeves, adjust the waist, side, or back, add or remove pockets, change buttons, or make other tailor-made alterations. We place great importance on preserving the craftsmanship and ensuring a high-quality finish throughout the entire process. The result is garments that not only look exclusive, but also meet procurement requirements, are functional, and are perfect to wear, fully customized to your and your customers' needs.
