When you log on to our website, you will see all your current stock balances and your net prices. From the website you can also download high-resolution images of our entire range and information such as measurement lists.
It is good that the customer tries on the garments beforehand so that they are really satisfied with them. Of course it is possible to return the garments. Read more under "return".
It is perfectly possible to email an existing bridge card to us. We produce templates at our premises with the customer's wishes, such as the position of the garments, the size of the embroidery and the colours of the embroidery, so that we have full control when repeating the order. We can then deliver your order directly to the end customer, saving you both time and delivery costs.
Our measurement lists are available on our website and if the customer wants other measurements than the existing stock, we can customize garments according to the customer's wishes, contact us for more information and prices and we will help you. See our measurement lists here.
We can custom make most garments. We can help develop customised fabrics, colours and garment details. Please contact us with your request and we will help you.
If you have a contract with us, you can have one free day a week if your order exceeds a certain amount, otherwise you will be charged the actual shipping via Schenker; one garment 79 kr/order or two or more garments 129 kr/order.
