Returns

We want you to always be satisfied with a purchase at Nytello/Ernst Alexis, but in the unlikely event that there is something that does not feel completely good, you have a 60-day right of return from the time the garments are invoiced from us unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a return after 60 days, a 20% return deduction is made.

You can of course try on the garments you ordered, but otherwise everything must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Outgoing and processed garments are not credited.

All labels and tags must be sent with a return.

Fill in and send the attached return form below with the goods so that we know which order the return relates to.

After the return has been accepted by Ernst Alexis, the garments will be credited, any shipping costs will not be credited.
