Returns

We want you, as a customer, to always be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ernst Alexis. However, if something does not meet your expectations, we offer a 60-day free return policy from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

Returned goods must be unused, complete, with labels/tags, and returned in their original undamaged packaging. Please use suitable packaging to protect the goods and the box during transport. If the goods have been handled in a way that reduces their value, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from the refund. If the item is returned more than 60 days after receipt, we reserve the right to charge a 20% return fee. Credit for the return will be issued once the goods have been checked by our returns department and approved.Outgoing and processed garments will not be credited.

The cost of return shipping is paid by you when exercising your right of withdrawal or our voluntary return policy. In the event of a valid complaint or warranty claim, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Any exchanges must be notified to us at info@ernstalexis.se in connection with the return.

Deliveries

Orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day. Normal delivery time is 2–3 business days for items in stock at our central warehouse in Dalsjöfors. We ship orders every business day and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

The estimated delivery date stated on the order confirmation refers to when the goods leave our central warehouse. In the event of any delays, we will inform you as far as possible of the reason and a new estimated delivery date. Please note that during periods of particularly high demand at our premises or at the shipping companies, additional delivery days may be required.

Delivery notification

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation stating any backorders and the estimated delivery date. If you would like a tracking link for your shipment, please contact us at info@ernstalexis.se.

shipping Ernst Alexis AB charges a standard shipping fee of SEK 139 per shipment. For sample bags containing one garment, the shipping fee is SEK 89. Contact your sales representative for more information about larger orders.
